definitely worth the visit I can't understand all the negative feedback. I purchased a 2008 explorer and it was one of the best experiences ever. I was treated with honesty and respect. I understand that the management has changed and they are definitely worth visiting.

I came into this dealer not sure what i was looking for. I had an excellebt saleman named keith who was patient enough to show me many different options. I ended up leaving with an Explorer that was my birthday present to me!!! Thank you sooo much Keith! I will be sending you a lot of customers!!!

I purchased a used Ford Fusion 2007 from Ford City world, I can say that the car is doing well. I purchased it in 2009 June and I have had no problems at all. I had a little situation as far as obtaining a key (the second one) but it was fixed by the owner of city Ford. Overall I had a very good experience with them and if I want to purchase again I will.

We came to this ford dealer to look at the fiesta. They did not have it on display and in fact, a few people had pointed us to the focus when we asked where the fiesta was. Kind of funny, but everyone looked happy and was very helpful. The salesman we were given was very sweet and not pushy at all (major PLUS since we were in a hurry) He even gave my little sister a balloon which again was a nice plus. I would definitely come back to this dealer.
